These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AI Image Editor mobile application, published under the Nexvelop App Store account. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms, Nexvelop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible iOS devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any portion of its features.

The App may offer premium features, in-app purchases, or subscription plans. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple’s terms, conditions, and refund policies. Nexvelop does not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds.
The App, including its design, technology, and features (excluding user-generated content), is the property of Nexvelop and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate creative outputs. Such content is intended for entertainment and personal use only. Nexvelop does not guarantee the accuracy, realism, or reliability of AI-generated results. You are responsible for how you use and share generated content, and you must not use it in ways that violate laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nexvelop does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Nexvelop may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately end.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, notice will be provided within the App or via the App Store listing. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
